In this weeks episode I get to chat with Caitlin Parsons. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist & Life Coach helping people access their own personal freedom - whether it be freedom from physical pain, discomfort and aches, or an inner freedom from anxiety, stress, overwhelm and a feeling of disconnect.
Caitlin weaves in her knowledge and education of yoga therapy, meditation, mindfulness, the physical body & neuroscience in allowing her clients to shift from a limited and contracted consciousness and into what's true and a sense of OPPORTUNITY through her private sessions which she does online, as well as in person for those in San Diego, CA. Caitlin blends empowerment, flow and inspiration in with education, discipline and setting goals.
