This week I dive into all things yoga with Jennie Lee.  She is an award-winning author of three books: True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness and Spiritual Fulfillment; Breathing Love: Meditation in Action and the upcoming Spark Change: 108 Provocative Questions for Spiritual Evolution. She is also a screenplay writer and a certified Yoga Therapist who has been in practice for over 20 years helping people learn strategies to overcome stress and live more joyful lives. When she is not writing or coaching, she enjoys surfing near her home on O'ahu and speaking Italian with her friends in Tuscany.
