Seriously though! It is OK to cry! I swear! We spend so much of our lives pretending we are ok and everything is just fine. Did you know that there are actual physiological benefits to crying?
I have learned over this last year, specifically this last month that crying is totally ok and very therapeutic. In this episode I talk about what I have learned and the scientific benefits of crying. I hope you enjoy it :)
