I often have people ask me questions about how long it will take…to lose weight, to learn to handstand, to reach a business goal.  What I have found is this really isn’t the correct question.  How long will it take should be shifted to what will it take!  When you have a strong why for going where you want to go you are not as concerned about how long it will take and you are more concerned with what you can do to make it happen!
