With so much change happening in our lives and the way we have lived for years being turned upside down in a matter of weeks I felt called to dive into the topic of grief and more specifically the five stages of grief on today's episode.  

Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Grief.  Similar to when we lose a loved one in our lives, we are losing our old way of living without knowing what our new way will look like.  Tune in to learn more and hear some of my favorite ways for moving through the stages.
