One of the definitions for comfort zone is, ‘a settled method of working that requires little effort and yields only barely acceptable results.  

We have to know what our goals are and how our body responds when we move outside of our comfort zone.  With this knowledge, we can navigate outside of comfort zone and manage our thoughts and physical reactions to this unknown.
